By using RawSetu, you agree to these terms governing buyer-vendor transactions on our B2B marketplace.

Platform role

RawSetu connects buyers and suppliers. We are not a party to contracts between users unless explicitly stated.

Payments

Payments processed via Razorpay are subject to their terms. RawSetu charges a commission on completed orders as disclosed at checkout.

RFQs & quotes

Quotes submitted through RFQ are non-binding until accepted and paid. Expired RFQs are automatically closed.

Vendor verification

Verified badge indicates admin review of supplier credentials. Buyers should perform independent due diligence.
